- 2008 November: World Toilet Summit, Macau, Peoples Republic of China. At this Toilet Summit, Mr Trevor Mulaudzi was inaugurated in the Hall of Fame as World Toilet Cleanliness and Sanitation Pioneer and Revolutionist in the audience of King Apparent of the Netherlands Willem-Alexander, King of Orange, Holland.

Lastly but not least: Current President of South African Toilet and Sanitation Alliance (SATSA). The first registered Toilet NGO in Africa, following guidelines of World Toilet Organization and World Toilet College Teachings.
This is in addition to cleaning mine hostels for AngloGold Ashanti, Harmony Gold, etc. We also clean all the National Union of Mineworkers offices in the country.
Trevor is a toilet activist and revolutionary who has achieved and contributed much in the field of sanitation both in South Africa and internationally.
